Clean Routes:
Your cable system’s performance is adversely affected by Electromagnetic
Interference, (EMI). When designing your cable system, we choose the cleanest routes available, i.e. away from sources of EMI and
as high in the ceiling as possible. This extra care and planning results
in better cable system performance. In the rare situations that exposure
to an electrical circuit is absolutely unavoidable, we design the cable
system so that the cable will run perpendicular and cross over the
electrical circuit in order to keep EMI levels to a minimum.
Separate Trunk Lines for Voice and Data:
By installing separate trunk lines for voice and data,
PhysicaLayers,
prevents ring voltage interference that could significantly impact future
gigabit network performance.
Independent Support Structure:
PhysicaLayers
installs its own support structure with individual supports every 4 to 6
feet. We NEVER tiewrap to existing support systems such as
electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, or ceiling grids. This practice protects
the performance of your cable system from any problems or failures with
the other building systems.
Expertise & Experience:
PhysicaLayers’ technical expertise allows us to design, implement, and support cable
systems for all LAN topologies. We have a Registered Communication
Distribution Designer (RCDD) on staff and all our technicians are required
to enroll in a four-year telecommunications training program.
